WENDY ANTHONY, RN

ASSOCIATE SINCE 2008 (RETIRED)

Wendy Anthony is a Registered Nurse with over 29 years of clinical experience working in hospital and community settings. Since 2008, she has worked as an Associate providing rehabilitation consultant/case manager services and has a special interest and expertise working with individuals with acquired brain injury and other catastrophic injuries.  

In addition to her case management skills, Wendy is highly proficient in the completion and determination of Assessment of Attendant Care Needs (Form 1) with both adult and paediatric populations.

Wendy’s extensive case management experience, comprehensive knowledge of the insurance legislation and community resources together with her excellent people skills and dedication make her a respected and valued member of our team of professionals. 

Wendy continues her professional development through continuing education courses and workshops. 

Wendy specializes in providing the following services:

  • Case management of acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury files
  • Assessment of Attendant Care Needs (Form 1)
  • Task Assignments
  • Coordination of Discharge / In-Home Planning
